We want you to truly experience the benefits of SenSoria. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial from the date your product arrives. If you're not satisfied with the results, you can return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
You’re welcome to use the product during this trial period. If you choose to return it after trying it, please make sure to send it back with all components and accessories. Keeping the original packaging is recommended to make the return process smoother.
To initiate a return, contact our team at support@sensoriaofficial.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return.
Please note: Once your return is approved, refunds may take several business days to appear on your payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us again.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 6 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will be processed and sent for fulfillment, and we may not be able to stop or change it.
Returns for Unused Items
If you haven’t opened or used your product, you can also return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period where you can return your item for any reason, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
Defective Products
If your SenSoria device arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please contact support@sensoriaofficial.com within 48 hours of receiving it and include a short video showing the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us within 6 hours so we can try to update it before fulfillment. After that, changes may not be possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SenSoria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you need guidance, our team is here to help.
International Orders
Customers outside of your local region are responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes. These costs are not covered by SenSoria and may vary by destination.
